Spinnerei Leipzig, Halle 18
The exhibition space we have in Leipzig is wonderful. Yesterday we painted the walls, today I did the framing. I am not really satisfied with my prints (some of them have minor irregularities close to the bottom), but I guess I have to live with that for now.
Leipzig exhibition
I am very happy to be part of the group exhibition „Kammerspiel“ at Spinnerei Leipzig during f-stop Festival from June 23 till July 1, opening reception Friday June 22, 19 h at Spinnerei Halle 18. The bookworks of the participating artists were all shortlisted for this year’s dummy award. So not only my Pelikan dummy will be shown during the festival, but also images on the wall. Stop by if you’re in the area!

Falckenberg collection
This image was taken right outside the Falckenberg collection which is housed in an old rubber factory building. We went to see the Wim Wenders show and I must admit I was a bit underwhelmed. I really liked some of the images, but it was not the most exciting show I have seen lately. Perhaps too much gigantomania for my taste. Expertly crafted supersized prints by Grieger do not turn a well composed photo into a fascinating one.
